Ruffles Elephant Ear

Colocasia esculenta ‘Ruffles’
Max. Height 72 inches

Ruffles is a form of the common elephant ear and gets about the sames size.  What sets it apart is the scalloped edges.  Mine has grown quickly and multiplied into a large clump.  It is very cold hardy and has been coming back after the winter for years here in zone 7.
