A form of Pigskin bamboo {P. viridis} with alternating, light yellow stripes on green canes. Like the species it has the dimpled “Pigskin” surface on the culms.  Another giant bamboo with good timber for construction.  However the canes are often curved like P.viridis or P.v.Robert Young.
